the job market journal  is the brainchild of Sara Causey, a Staffing & Recruiting SME with more than a decade of experience. Sara has deep expertise in the job market and a clear understanding of how the broader economy affects the labor market and vice versa.

Sara grew frustrated with left vs right, red vs blue, neocon vs neolib narratives that, well, don't really help anyone or tell an accurate story. Looking around at MSM outlets, she didn't see a place for herself. Like many entrepreneurs, she decided to create that space on her own and the job market journal was born. 

Hot air, nonsense, corporate shilling, and partisan politics have no place here. The mission is to get as close to the truth about the job market, employment, job hunting, career navigation, etc., as possible.
